The role
We are now looking for an Events and Marketing Manager to our Business Development team. You will be responsible for all B2B Marketing and Events coordination, booking and execution within the regions of EMEA, Asia and Latin America and coordination across the group.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop the brand and the recognition of NYX Gaming Group at the chosen events and in chosen publications.
• Negotiating, managing and holding the relationship with key events, suppliers of branded materials and publications.
• Suggest, create and track events and marketing budget together with EVP Business Development, highlighting over spend where appropriate.
• Attend key events across the region in order to improve planning and execution for major events.
• Work together with Brand Manager to create banners, publications and marketing materials for each event and/or publication.
• Marketing within the office and for staff related events.
• Planning and coordinating NYX Gaming Group?s participation at the ICE Totally Gaming Show in London, February 2016. This includes planning the actual stand, order marketing material, shipping of all equipment, handling of meeting room bookings during the show, reception and cloak room service and point of contact, travel and hotel bookings for the whole group (Sydney, US, Stockholm, Gibraltar and Malta).
You must enjoy and be prepared to travel as part of your job.
This role is a parental leave cover for 1 year, with a start date in September 2015.
What skills we want the new employee to have:
• Event planning and execution in an international arena.
• Negotiations and collaboration with external stakeholders.
• Experience from event management and/or travel industry.
• Previous B2B events management experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
The awe factor (Meritorious knowledge to have)
• Previous experience from the Gaming Industry.
