hela Sverige Customer Support is part of our Service Center department, with the primary goal to deliver excellent service to Klarna's consumers using our payment services. Acting as a second line support you will provide our consumers with extraordinary service by answering their questions mainly by email and also by phone. Your daily work consists of handling complex errands escalated from our 1st line which includes complaints, general account questions and you will also be involved in different improvement projects regarding our routines and processes. We strive to give our consumers world-class service and to exceed their expectations. You will play a central role in Klarna's success and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction.
This is a temporary role until the end of April, with good chances of continuing to a permanent employment.
Success in this role means being a driven and independent person who have a strong interest in communication. You enjoy investigating and solving complex customer errands and you always "go the extra mile" to provide world-class service. In this position it is important to have strong pedagogical skills and you thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom. You enjoy being part of a fast-paced organization where you work towards common goals together with dedicated, social team members. You are not afraid of new challenges and to develop by setting goals, both individually and in the team. We believe that you are in the beginning of your career and wants to develop within customer service. Your oral and written English skills are beyond excellent and it is meritable if you have experience of the UK market.
