About the role:
Our customer within the car manufacturing industry are looking for new colleagues to their customer support team. The role will involve helping the company's English consumers with support cases and overall questions. Your day to day duties will include answering emails and respond questions over social media from customers. The role also provides administrative tasks that requires good writing skills. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a tight group where teamwork is a key component to their success.
Responsibilities:
* Working with support cases, over social media & e-mail and being the main contact for English customers.
* Various administrative tasks
The assignment is through Manpower and you will initially be hired as a Manpower employee, working full time. Initially you will be working office hours, but this may change over time. The assignment will start asap and for the right person there will be good opportunities for development. The assignment is introduced through solid education to create good conditions for your work.
Who are we looking for?
First and foremost, we are looking for someone with great knowledge and experience of customer service. We would like to believe that you have experience in working with service in some capacity, even if your background might not be in classic customer service. You are a capable multi-tasker and an excellent team player. If you have an interest in social media, it 's a plus.
Requirements:
* Native or close to native English
* You are precise and communicative in your way of working
* To have the right to work within Sweden
Ideal qualities:
* Experience from working with service. If you have worked in 2nd or 3rd line support that is highly meriting.
* Interested in the car manufacturing industry
* Interested in social media/networking
