hela Sverige We are looking for an additional strategic and creative member for our Professional Services team in Malmö. You will be responsible for performing tailored training sessions and consultation on a strategic and technical level for Apsis customers. For the right person this is an inspiring and challenging function working with a high achieving team and with some of the largest clients in the Nordics.
Your role:
Your task is to find innovative solutions in our different software platforms, based on our clients' challenges and requests. You will be responsible for arranging and executing creative training sessions and email marketing workshops. You will be in charge of long and short term digital marketing projects for our clients, and act as an external resource and expert in the field. All clients have different needs and it's important that you are able to analyse and take initiative to help them optimize their work and secure their ROI. Further you will be involved in technical and strategic presales activities to secure the development and architecture of offered solutions.

You are the right candidate for us if you are passionate about marketing and digital communication. You are ready for sudden shifts in focus, work assignments and don't fear untried grounds. You are humble and dedicated towards your tasks and skills, and show integrity and a strong ownership towards your team and clients. You are well disciplined, self-going and structured.
Other skills:
• Broader Digital Marketing knowledge, software training experience, consultation or similar background, with at least 3 years of working experience - preferably from a marketing/CRM/Web/software industry
• You have strong analytical capabilities and are well familiar with Google analytics or other web analytics
• Innovative, creative and positive as well as a natural team player
• Excellent time management - efficient planning on short and long term assignments
• Willing to travel all over Scandinavia and Europe
• Ideally, you have an overall technical interest and an understanding of how to combine clients requests with the functionality of the platforms
• We expect you to have excellent writing and communications skills in Swedish and English. Any other Nordic language is a plus.
