About this opportunity
The Engineering Environment and Experience Product Engineering Unit (PEU EEE) is a newly created organization within Integrated RAN (IR) Engineering Unit (EU) to drive Developer Experience and Technology evolution and optimization of the E2E production system flows to best support the RAN SW products and the developer's needs. This unit will also enable and facilitate the Networks R&D digitalization transformation and support all Ericsson products with Ericsson Product Public Key Infrastructure (EPKKI) services. The unit consists of around 1300 engineers globally including partners and sub-contractors.
The sector "Development Flow Services" is end-to-end responsible for the Software Engineering Flow within Integrated RAN. The portfolio includes Market Place, IDE, build systems, test frameworks, code analyzers and many other groups of tools and services used when developing software. The organization also provides cloud platforms, foundation services and NW infrastructure as well as lab services and corresponding platforms.
The organization consists of 300 highly competent and engaged employees and partners, and welcomes You to join the team.
The section "Tech Management & Program" is responsible for creating the Developer Experience roadmap and architecture, as well as orchestrating and supporting programs, projects and initiatives in the Dx area. You will be leading a team of highly professional architects, specialists and program/technical leaders.

What you will do
As a member of the PEU EEE DFS leadership team, drive the creation of the development flow services to create the best possible developer experience for all developers in EU Integrated RAN.
Be responsible for the technical management function for Development Flow services
Be responsible for program & project execution within the area
Drive developer experience and ensure collaboration within IR and cross EU/BU, including EU Cloud Ran and BCSS.


You will bring
We are looking for an experienced leader, capable of leading technical and organizational development. You have a strong technical background with experience from leading people and projects.
5+ year experience of working in a leadership team
Experience of working as a technical leader
Program/Project management experience
Experience in IT service management and/or IT service operations
Ability to work and cooperate across organizational boundaries
Large degree of flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks.
Find it stimulating to work with change management and teamwork/cooperation across the organizations.
Excellent English skills in both writing and conversation
Relationship builder and, when required, repairer of relationships
Relevant tertiary qualification or commensurate working experience

Location & Flexibility
