Dispute Resolutions is part of our Service Center department, with the primary goal to deliver excellent service to Klarna's consumers and merchants using our payment services. As a Dispute Resolutions agent your work will have a direct impact on our dispute and fraud processes. Acting as a second line agent, you will be specialized in our processes and you will also provide support to our 1st line. You will be responsible for solving tricky customer and partner cases, while thinking outside the box. Your daily work with disputes consists of solving the cases together with the merchants and customers while keeping both parties happy and satisfied. When working with fraud cases, you will be communicating with the local authorities and merchants and work closely together with other departments such as Credit Risk and Fraud Prevention.

Success in this role means being a self-driven and active team player. Both analytical and critical thinking comes naturally to you and you are comfortable in making decisions which means taking your own initiative and responsibility. You are not afraid of new challenges and to develop by setting goals, both individually and in the team. We expect you to have great communication skills in Dutch as well as English - both written and spoken - and ideally you have additional language skills as well. Preferably you have worked within customer service earlier but it's not a requirement.
