hela Sverige Domino's Pizza Sweden is now looking for Area Manager with restaurant leadership experience.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and achieve Operating Plan.
Ensure each store is meeting the operating plan by regularly reviewing financial reports and results.
Communicate with each General manager on weekly sales and profit numbers.
Identify underperforming stores in the district and develop a plan of action.
Ensure all local store marketing and national promotions are communicated to the team and maximized.
Develop a strategy to hit all sales goals.
Build sales to meet company goals. Create and develop strategies for increasing sales.
Focus on the following responsibilities which have an impact on meeting sales goals.
Supporting tasks:
Support General Managers, assistant managers and team members in stores.
Ensure all personnel and stores have the appropriate tools to operate the business.
Build a top-performing team of Managers and hourly team members through recruiting, training, and development for each store.
Provide constant coaching and feedback when in stores.
Actively listen to staff by conducting performance appraisals and providing appropriate follow-ups.
Be accessible during all hours of operations.
Lead difficult conversations, manage performance, and resolve potential conflicts among Managers and/ or Team Members in a confidential manner.
Hold General Managers accountable for performance.
Address all problems/ issues in a timely manner and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build a positive relationship with the district and create a fun atmosphere.
Develop and enforce systems that drive the training process.
Uphold the integrity of training systems.
Administration:
You will be reporting to the Head of Operations.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly KPIs to the management and produce standard reports. Conduct additional analysis as necessary.
Compensation:
Fixed salary with benefits and bonus eligible - competitive rate, based upon experience and educational background. The position is a direct-hire, full-time.
