Divisional Communications Professional, Underground Rock Excavation (URE) division and Epiroc IT

As a Divisional Communications Professional you will be a central part of the communications team and serve in the core of our communication strategies, be an active part in driving our division's journey and changes through internal activities and communication assets.

You are an excellent communicator with superior writing skills that will support you in publishing relevant and inspiring content in our different channels. You have broad knowledge of internal communication and employer branding and as a creative doer you are used to think outside of the box. You will be working closely with our divisional management team, the HR team, as well as supporting functional managers within the division and to some extent also the Epiroc IT organization and management team.

Job description
Your key responsibilities include developing and executing the internal communication strategy and plan, and be the owner of the overall internal communication. In this role, you will ensure that our division works successfully with different communications channels suitable for our employees and internal and other stakeholders such as future employees. The marketing communications department is also responsible for external marketing communication, business area related activities such as our customer magazine, common web pages and international exhibitions and events. In internal communications you will ensure the information flow within the organization, mainly via the intranet, emailing, in-person communication and other activities like events. Our intranet platform is SharePoint and you are expected to handle some issues of administrative nature to support users and control future development. All communication activities and material produced should be in line with the Epiroc Group's Brand Identity, safeguarding Epiroc's Brand equity.

In this role, you will report to the Global Communications and Brand Manager.



Experience and education

- Degree in marketing, media & communication, business administration or similar
- Strong business understanding and strategic skills.
- Excellent English and Swedish writing and communication skills.
- Good graphical skills and knowledge in Adobe CC
- Previous experience from a similar position is meritorious ¨
- Experience of working with the SharePoint platform is beneficial to the role

A skilled professional communicator with a positive can-do attitude and experience from working both independently and in cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be innovative, creative and organized with excellent project management skills.
