As the Director VPS, Quality & Environment you will hold a key role in the plant as well as in the management team. Our management team is diverse, we like unique people with remarkable talents! We work and play hard and operate as one team. We care about people, growth, excellence, and results. In this position you will report directly to the Vice President Operations Tuve Plant.
The Director VPS, Quality & Environment has a lot of engaged, skilled and dedicated employees. We are looking for someone who loves people, enjoy leadership, show commitment, and have fun. You need to be passionate about making things better for our plant and secure your teams continue to support the organization. You are a change agent and your experience within operations is a plus, being able to meet people where they are. Your coaching leadership skill is key to continue our improvement journey pace and bring us on the way to Platinum.

• Be responsible for the overall VPS, Quality and Environment management processes within the Tuve Plant, to support the organization to achieve the agreed objectives.
• Manage the VPS and Quality organization with specialists, to support the value flow with a good VPS-culture having the zero-defect mindset in focus.
• Enhance environment focus within the plant.
• Quality project and production processes including product audits.
• Internal and external audits.

• The ability to create a common ground for innovation.
• Good knowledge in VPS, quality, and environment processes.
• Knowledge of ISO system as well as focus areas, including management criteria.
• Good understanding of the business and ability to take a holistic view.
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
• Experience from working in a lean manufacturing environment.
• University degree, MBA or equivalent experience and knowledge. Ability to demonstrate successful production leadership.
