This position is responsible for the management of St. Jude Medical Systems Marketing function including Product Management, Marketing Communication and Clinical Support & Education.
You will work closely and share resources with our Head Quarter in Minnesota's Marketing Department. You are expected to be positive and team oriented good at analysis and following up, strong communication skills in both English and Swedish.
The position is part of the Management team.
Essential Functions
• Develop and deploy a comprehensive marketing communications strategy for the business
• Liaison with US Headquarter to integrate efforts into strategic and operational plans.
• Partner with US Sales Division and International Sales Division to set business plans and priorities.
• Establish Marketing project priorities
• Manage worldwide product portfolio, recommending product additions, deletions, new product ventures and strategic directions
• Determine, develop, and execute post-market clinical trial strategy
• Ensure appropriate training and education is provided to those personnel that are involved in the use or application of division products
• Prepare and manage annual department budget
Qualification
• University degree
• Minimum 10 years experience from Medical Device industry
• Extensive Experience of Strategic Marketing towards US and international markets
• Proven Management experience
• Project Management experience of international projects
• Ability to travel up to 50 %
• Analytical skills
• Experience from managing mid size organizations is a plus
• English, Swedish, Additional language a plus
