We can offer a highly challenging and interesting position as HR Director in Volvo Buses.
You will be a part of developing the people agenda in the management team of Quality and Customer Satisfaction global team. One important task in your role is to create a trusting relationship with managers, employees and colleagues in Volvo Buses to ensure the correct competence for the future through supporting implementation of business strategies, recruitment and talent management.
You will also have the responsibility to lead the HR country Sweden related agenda for Volvo Buses HR team and by that, responsible for coordination for union relations and be member of the HR country committee in Volvo Group. You probably like to work with wellbeing of others since you will be the lead for Health and safety area in Volvo Buses Sweden. And if you like the data and analytics it's even better since the compensation and benefits lead for Sweden lies within this role. You will report to Senior Vice President Human Resources, Volvo Buses.
