We are now looking for a Direct Retail Project Lead who can effectively support the Direct Retail team, which will enable us to fuel our journey towards a smoke-free future even faster. The Direct Retail team are spread all over Sweden and lead our own stores and museum.
This role can be based in either Stockholm or Gothenburg.

About the role
You play a pivotal role in driving critical initiatives within the department. You collaborate closely with the Manager Direct Retail and your primary objective is to ensure the smooth implementation of projects that align with the overall goals of the organization.
This role will at times require work outside of standard business hours. You will need to be able, and willing to travel frequently within Sweden.

Main accountabilities:
• In collaboration with manager define and implement strategic initiatives aligned with departmental and company goals. Focus specifically on omni-integration of D2C-experiences, concept development and new store openings/closings.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing goals, timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements.
• Act as the main contact person for retail/concept agencies and suppliers, including, but not limited to, managing briefs, procurement procedures, and project implementation.
• Conduct regular visits to all brand stores and the museum to collect insights and align projects with the on-site experience.
• Conduct weekly/monthly project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Ensure projects align with the brand's identity and customer expectations, and secure compliance with brand store/snus museum concept, marketing code and operate within legal framework.
• Responsible for budgeting of projects, monitoring expenses and regularly reporting on project costs and KPI's.
• Actively work to identify alignments in costs and project implementation to improve overall efficiency.
• Actively evaluate, propose and plan relevant enhancements to the retail offer and concept.
• Strive for improving the overall visitor experience.

Who you are:
• University degree in marketing/economics/management or equivalent, and /or relevant professional experience within the retail / consumer experience industry
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management/ as a project leader
• Documented experience from working at a retail/concept agency is considered a merit
• Strong planning skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Swedish and English is required
