I'm manager of the team responsible for products such as MQ, IIB (ACE), GIMR, HMG (HTTP-MQ), Avada Tool IR360 and MQCC & MQFT.
Mission
My mission is to turn the product roadmap into working deliverables in my team backlog, aligned with the overall strategy and product vision. I am member of the stable team responsible for managing the team backlog.
Responsibility
Clarify team purpose, strategy and business priorities.
Manage the team backlog.
Order and ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and understood.
Secure that the product is developed and maintain in compliance within given architecture, security guidelines, and product strategy until decommissioning
Manage dependencies and collaborate with other teams and business partners, as needed.
Secure that SLAs are established and fulfilled for any solutions managed by the team
Manage support of products and solutions in team scope
Secure that team regularly collects feedback on implemented work
Contribute on product roadmap and capacity planning.
Responsible for team and culture development to secure proper capacity and capability for its delivery.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who is a natural leader that displays energy and passion for modern Integration and establishment of dynamic infrastructure layer for distributing events among decoupled applications. You ideally have solid experience from leading people in the Integration (Messaging and/or Event Streaming) domain. Today you probably have a role as Team manager, Lead engineer or similar. Adding to this you have the technical knowledge to describe and define the possibilities and benefits of event driven architecture. Lastly, you have a university degree in a relevant field as a backbone to your knowledge.
You always put the consumer in focus and are curious to understand the needs of the business to be able to provide the best fit for each business area. You always have an ear with your stakeholders and believe in the power of collaboration. Working in a global context is something that comes naturally to you.
