We are now hiring a Digital Media Manager that will play a valuable role in driving Ikano Banks digital marketing efforts towards consumers.

You will join a team of mixed sales and marketing competencies where we aim to be courageous and explorative in our approach and where we analyze, plan, test and execute new initiatives together.

In this role you will be responsible for working across all online advertising platforms to plan, implement, manage and optimize data-driven campaigns, which includes paid search, display, video in the Google Ads suite as well as on all social media networks.

In this role you will be a key player in your team and have a great responsibility in pushing the business forward. Day-to-day, your role includes:

• Serve as a member of a cross-functional team to understand goals and translate them into a paid online media strategy across all platforms and devices and effectively executing those tactics against the strategy.
• Work with our SEO strategy in terms of keyword research content optimization and link building
• Partner with marketing communications, media agency, performance agency, content creation and digital data colleagues to understand the role of paid online advertising within the larger campaigns, as well as the organic social strategy.
• Be responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, ongoing optimization and reporting to internal teams
• Develop performance forecasts, budget allocations and providing data-based rationale for these recommendations.
• Bid strategy optimization and testing, ongoing management of budget and pacing.
• Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities to support both SEM and SEO and in cooperation with content manager write and structure copy on site with high linguistic quality.
• Take an active role in managing the creation of conversion-focused landing pages to optimize the ad performance.
• Stay up to date on new ad products and technology advancements, regularly monitor emerging industry trends.
• Support in developing ad creatives in line with set paid targets together with agency or inhouse team.
• Developing campaign ad copy and tagging traffic or creative elements to sites per creative rotation instructions.

Are you the one for Ikano?

The ideal candidate has +5 years of digital sales and marketing experience within a larger company or agency. Besides from being curios, self-driven and open-minded, we expect that you have:

• In-depth experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of on-site SEO and link-building (internal and external).
• Exceptional command of the Swedish written language, and an ability to produce high-quality, newsworthy, sharable, instructional and pedagogical SEO-texts for ikanobank.se.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager
• Experience in working with set goals within a KPI framework
• A data driven mindset, a passion for sales and continuously optimization of sales funnels
• Experience with working in Content Management Tools is a plus

In this position, you will report to Business Line Manager Loans and Deposit.
