We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Digital Engagement Manager to drive and optimize the digital experience for our partner and customer portal - ensuring seamless, personalized, and value-driven interactions throughout their digital journey. The Partner and End Customer Marketing team is a global sales and marketing function dedicated to creating demand, elevating the customer experience, and fostering loyalty among our valued customers and partners. We are a team of passionate marketers who will inspire you, challenge you, and be there for a chat over morning coffee.
What will you do as Digital Engagement Manager?
Collaborate and Connect:
You will work closely with key stakeholders across Information Systems, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and global and regional functions to shape our secure digital environment for partners and customers. By collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will translate business needs into tailored logged-in digital experiences that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You will define and in collaboration prioritize experience requirements, features, functionality, and fixes that enhance the partner and customer journey, while working with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Lead and Innovate:
You will be responsible for developing the digital engagement strategy within our logged-in environment for partners and customers. Your creativity and leadership will turn business strategy into actionable initiatives by identifying, structuring, and prioritizing partner and customer needs. By developing journey maps and experience frameworks, identifying pain points, and designing solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping secure, personalized, and engaging digital experiences that strengthen relationships and add value.
Drive Success:
You will monitor industry trends and best practices in digital experience design to ensure our partners and customers digital environment remains competitive and innovative. Using data, feedback, and behavioral insights, you will inform enhancements, personalization strategies, and adoption initiatives. You will lead efforts to increase usage, reduce friction, and improve key performance metrics such as conversion rates, engagement time, and NPS within the logged-in experience.

* Strong business acumen and a degree or relevant work experience in marketing, business digital experience or a related field.
* Proven experience in developing digital engagement strategies, managing customer journeys, and driving adoption within logged-in environments.
* A passion for improving digital experience and customer satisfaction
* Strong project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple projects.
* An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
* Experienced in international and multi-cultural professional environments
* Experience setting KPIS and measuring success across digital engagement, adoption, and satisfaction.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Curious with a great ability to understand customer and partner needs.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* A collaborative spirit and informal leadership skills - you are a great team player who likes to drive and deliver results together.
