The Digital Countries Development and Collaboration team (DC/DC team) is a global matrix function that promotes close Omni-collaboration between 30+ Countries, 200+ Group Digital Product teams and Business units regarding the countries' digital needs. The main purpose is to make sure that the voice of the countries is heard, ensuring relevance in product development - centrally and in countries - and driving simplification/harmonization of the local digital landscape. We work across all digital domains and are located in Malmö.
We are now looking for Digital Countries Development Leaders to join the team.

Capabilities required for this role:

• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with colleagues of different seniority levels across the organization and across countries
• Strong communication skills

Your responsibilities
Within this role, you manage and handle the collection, consolidation, and prioritization of countries' digital needs within the assigned set of domains. You drive the optimization of the local digital landscape and enable qualitative and aligned country digital development within the assigned domains. You lead and search for continuous improvements of assigned cross-domain processes, tools, and frameworks. You share and live the IKEA culture and values.
* Contribute to close Omni-collaboration with Countries, Product teams, Business units and external touchpoints by driving the collection, consolidation, and prioritisation of countries' digital needs
* Handle and validate country needs, requests, and requirements, with an entrepreneurial mindset and common sense on what values it adds to IKEA, Customers, and/or Co-workers
* Simplify, optimize and quality assure the local digital landscape through continuous inventory and assessment as well as compliance with central standards and guidelines
* Act as a subject matter expert regarding the local digital landscape, providing central stakeholders with insight, context, and additional information as needed to identify optimisation opportunities within the assigned domains
