hela Sverige Seize this opportunity to take on a challenge in a global environment, with projects all over the world. We are now looking for an order design engineer for our Capacitors unit. You will be a part of High Voltage Products, a business unit within the Power Grids division that develops, manufactures and markets high voltage products for HVAC and HVDC systems, such as surge arresters, breakers, instrument transformers, capacitors, cooling systems and cable accessories.
Tasks:
You will be part of a dedicated and skilled team where you, as a design engineer, are responsible for order design and customer documentation for our projects. This is a varied and exciting role where you will work in close collaboration with colleagues. As a design engineer, you will be responsible for the design phase of our delivery projects. Your tasks will be to design and make customer adaptations of capacitor banks and filters. And convert technical requirements into a validated design and to ensure that customer requirements are met. You will create drawings and other customer documentation, and product configuration in ERP-LN. The work requires broad general technical knowledge. An important feature is structured work against set timelines.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you have a technical education or equivalent experience from previous work. Experience in 3D CAD tool is a requirement, whereas Creo is meritorious. In addition, experience from PDM systems as Windchill and ERP system as infor LNUI are considered a plus. To communicate in English is essential for this position, whereas fluency in Swedish is a plus.
You are a thorough and structured professional who works well with others and likes to communicate with subcontractors, project managers and workshop staff. In addition, you are a productive problem solver, with the ability to develop and share a collective mission because you are part of a team. Moreover, you are proactive, look for opportunities and take responsibility for the projects you work on.
