You will handle the customer's inquiries in a professional way at the same time as you give them a high level of customer support. You will work with additional sale and work irregular working hours, both evenings and weekends.
The common questions that come up are for example about the booking of a flight or hotel or changes in the booking. While giving the customer the best service you will have a fun at work and it will be evolving for you when the customer ends the call with a smile on their face!
To succeed in the role as a customer service agent in our team you need to be good at expressing yourself verbally. At times, there will be a high tempo and you need to mulita-task and enjoy an environment with large diversity. You need to be accurate, social and outgoing while using the phone and computer as you tools.
