You will handle customer support on e-mail and live chat, with the aim to solve the customers needs. You will act the vital link between our client and their customers.

Opening hours:
Monday-Friday 08-18
Saturday and Sunday 09-17

We are looking for people who are passionate about working with customer service and welcomes applicants who:
• Is service-oriented
• Have good interpersonal skills and go the extra mile to help the team
• Seeking additional sales as part of customer service
• Previously worked in a service profession
• A prerequisite for you to enjoy at Transcom is that you see personal responsibility and goal orientation as positive elements in your work
