Looking for a Customs Coordinator to International Company in Kista! Start ASAP!
On behalf of our client, a big, well-known and international company, we are looking for a talented Customs Coordinator to a long term consultant assignment in Kista.
Description of assignment:
The role regards customs handling for goods purchased both within and outside of the EU then sold within the Nordic countries. Customs declarations are completed by a customs broker but all related documents and data thereof is controlled within this role. In the role as Customs Coordinator you will support the organization when new logistics routes are discussed and implemented.
The role also includes item master handling, registration of new materials and coordination of this information within the organization as well as maintenance or data in ERP related to chemical tax and weee-fee. Reports are frequent, weekly or monthly both within and outside of the organization.
In the organization the role is located within business support reporting directly to Lead of Customs & Logistics Business Innovation all within a small team. In the daily work you are in contact with the customs broker, the logistics department, order administration, product managers and many others.
Who are you?
The person we are looking for should have (at least 1-2 years) good experience of customs handling relating to goods in- and outbound within and outside of the EU, bonded and non-bonded goods.
the person does also have good understanding of related rules and legislation's in the Nordics. One needs experience of ERP systems and data handling in Excel and it is necessary to speak and write in both Swedish and English.
The person we are looking for is a quick learner, which includes both systems and other new tasks. We assume that you are communicative, outgoing as well as service-minded. It is appreciated if you are flexible, enjoy analysis and work strategically to improve daily processes.
About the job,
The job is expected to start as soon as possible, preferably beginning of January and will last one year ahead with possibility to extension. You will work fulltime, Monday to Friday 40 hours a week. You will work at our client's office in Kista, nearby Kista Galleria.
