Are you the (m/f) we are looking for?
The function
• You are the contact person between our customers, key account managers and internal departments
• You give commercial and administrative support to the key account managers
• You manage your customer portfolio proactively
• You follow running projects at customers and you identify opportunities to increase turnover
• You provide quick and correct responses to inquiries (price quotations, orders, complaints, product information, delivery times, production planning etc.)
• You are responsible for the complete order processing: from order input until the communication about the order delivery
• You work in the Sales Office in Gothenburg.
What do you have to offer?
• You have good communication skills, especially in Swedish and English and maybe in one of the Scandinavian languages
• You have working experience of the Microsoft Office and preferably SAP
• You are stress resistant and customer-friendly
• You have a structured working approach and you are able to set priorities
• You can work in a team, with your colleagues in the Sales Office as well as with your colleagues at the (NE) headquarter in Belgium
• You are interested in technical products and applications
