Do you want to be a part of our newly opened office right in the centre of Jönköping? We are now looking for Finnish speaking colleagues who will work with customer service through e-mail and phone.
YOUR DUTIES
As a customer service agent to our client within insurance of consumer electronics, you have daily communication with customers through phone and e-mail. You create customer satisfaction by guiding and answering the customer's questions that regards the contract that we as a company has concluded with the client.
The opening hours for the customer service are Monday-Friday 8.00-20.00 and Saturdays 9.00-17.00. The work shift will therefor vary through these times.
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Fluent in Finnish speech and writing
Fluent in English speech and writing
You are goal driven with a sense of customer service.
You engage yourself and perform a professional work.
Flexible regarding working hours.
Good computer skills.
Previous experience in customer service is meritorious.

Full time with monthly salary and the possibility to a performance-based bonus.
You get a couple of weeks intense training based on the working tasks under support from our leaders and mentors.
