Typical "customer service" departments focus on solving customer complaints after they arise. We have the opposite approach; At Sniph, we are the best part of our customer's day, because we value our relationships with our clients more than anything. There is only one rule in our Relationship department; "Never say no". In this role, you will always find a way to please the customer. Our relationship team builds long lasting rapport with our customers, and really serves as the strong foundation for the entire company.
Sniph's customer experience team is in short responsible for creating unforgettable customer experiences and give the best service. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet our customers expectations.
As our Customer Service Agent you will be our customers helping hand. You'll be responsible for all daily correspondence with our customers. You are a true "people person" with great customer service skills and have the ability to moderate conversations online and offline with our beloved Sniph Members.
You will work alongside our Supply Chain and Experience Manager, and in very close collaboration with the Productions and Marketing teams.

You have got superb communication skills - you have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish
You love to help and you have experience in providing customer service support
You love to find ways to do your job more efficiently
You have the ability to learn new things quickly.

Your responsibilities will be
Taking ownership of customers daily inquiries and following problems through to solution
Assisting our members across all our channels for example: Email, Phone, Instagram, Facebook etc with the goal of creating unforgettable customer experiences
Following and improving policies and standards where you believe it's needed
Maintaining an orderly workflow according to priorities.

Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis.
