Covidien is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Operations Representative with a strong customer focus, a drive for results and a creative problem solving ability. The main responsibility of the Customer Operations Representative is to provide optimal customer care support by efficiently and effectively processing internal and external queries and other support services as necessary, both verbally and written. Principle Accountabilities of the Customer Operations Representative
• Act as the local point of contact for and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, such as Customer Services in Dublin, Sales and Marketing, etc.
• Provide the highest level of customer support at all times, providing back-up to any Customer Services function.
• A majority of the workload will be data-inputting. The work must be understandable and accurate with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Creation of general offer documents based on Sales requests and in line with pre-approved pricing structures. Handling any exceptions including gathering of approvals.
• Responsible for report preparations on offers, tenders, contracts, price expiry, statistics and any other required analytical activity.
Minimum requirements of the Customer Operations Representative
• Bachelor degree level of education or higher.
• Previous experience working in a customer care or customer support role
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• A proven track record of providing excellent customer service through a pro-active, result driven and customer focused approach.
Preferred requirements of the Customer Operations Representative
• Previous Tender Management experience would be a distinct advantage
• Previous experience working with an order management system
• Previous experience working in an international organization is highly beneficial
