Your mission
As Global Online Business is growing rapidly with both new products and markets, we are now setting up a new team to manage customer dispute escalations and direct sales administration for our European markets. In relation to disputes, this team will be the second line support and take over complex customer cases from our Customer Care centers. It will require communication with various functions including Customer Care, Finance, Risk and Order teams and you will be at the center of our operational business. Sales administration covers supporting the customer and external financing party with everything required when a customer chose to externally finance an online car purchase and e.g. uses the car as collateral.
At the beginning, this role entails understanding the what we need to do, setting principles and defining new processes. As we grow, you will need to make sure that we execute a model that is scalable. This is an exciting opportunity to keep building upon a scalable business in an everchanging disruptive industry to increase volumes, markets, efficiency in operations processes. The scope will grow as we scale up, where you are important and the decisions that you make have a direct impact on the future successes of our business.
In addition, you will
• Support Customer Care Centers in various matters
• Investigate market practices
• Define processes and instructions together e.g. Finance operations and Legal
• Support market and product roll outs to set new processes for the team and define and test system requirements
Who you are
You have Bachelor's in business, economics or similar, a minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant roles and professional experience from working with customer care.
You have holistic view and a customer centric mindset, like to solve problems, an eye for detail and ability to independently optimize processes and find an entrepreneurial company mindset motivating.
You have experience from finance system.
Since we are recruiting a team that together will manage our European markets, you are fluent in both English (verbal and written) and at least one of the following languages:
German (verbal and written)
Dutch (verbal and written)
Norwegian (verbal and written)
