Does your heart skip a beat when thinking of attracting new customers and increasing number of subscribers? Is data-driven story-telling one of your favourites? We might have the challenge for you! We are looking for a CRO & Analytics Specialist to join our Viaplay team. Are you the one? Send us your application right away!

The position
Joining us as CRO & Analytics Specialist would mean to take the ownership of the work with the conversion of new customers, as well as providing insights on user behaviour throughout the acquisition process. You will shape the future of entertainment by further enhancing our data-driven product development process and providing the business with insights.

You will join a brand-new team called Attract and work within the Viaplay product area called Acquisition and Activation. Lead by a Product Manager, you and your cross-functional team - consisting of four web developers and one designer - will work towards a clear mission on how to secure an effective conversion.

The challenge ahead
To reach our high ambitions we are now looking for a CRO & Analytics Specialist that can move us forward in understanding potential customers and optimizing the sales funnel. While you will study user behaviour to extract actionable insights to help inform decisions across the business and identify focus areas for development, your everyday work will differ a lot.

Some of your daily challenges would be:
• Drive conversion rate optimization at logged-out pages for Viaplay.
• Utilize internal and analytic data to identify user and customer experience improvement opportunities.
• Develop research-informed and data-based hypothesis as proposals for tests and experiences to drive conversion improvements.
• Create, execute and report on A/B tests.
• Set up and manage goals, performance funnels and user segments in Google Analytics as well as other analytics tools.
• Analyze and report on user behaviour throughout the acquisition process via Google Analytics and other tools.
• Identify consumer trends and behaviours.
• Create and investigate reporting alerts related to the conversion funnel.

What we are looking for
To be our next colleague, we believe that you are a structured team-player with a creative mindset, excellent analytical and collaboration skills. Preferably, you work in a similar role in a tech company today and have a product-oriented mindset. If you also can fiddle with JavaScript and CSS - we would be really impressed!

Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:
• Solid experience working within conversion rate optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Optimize 360.
• Website build-up e.g. flickering (Flash of Original Content - FOOC), load order.
• Strong understanding of GTM.
