As the CRM & Outbound Marketing Lead for BA EA at Electrolux, you will be responsible for the CRM & Outbound marketing communications strategy and operation. Working with key stakeholders across the business to define the outbound strategic direction and align this to the commercial strategy and calendar. You will manage a team responsible and accountable for developing the outbound programs, communication calendars, and marketing automation (e.g. triggered emails) with the key functional leads and developing content briefs accordingly.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Leadership: You will be leading a team of CRM & Outbound Marketing professionals who will need clear guidance on expectations, objectives, and outcomes. You will provide clarity and ensure that both consumer experience and the business commercial agenda are kept top of mind during the curation and rollout of the outbound communication calendar.
Outbound Marketing Strategy & Execution: Working with the Ecosystem and D2C team you will create the overarching Outbound channel marketing communication strategy. Working closely with the Commercial Areas as well as , Communications planning, Marketing operations, and Content Development teams, developing one holistic master outbound calendar framework for BA EA.
Outbound channel strategy and execution. Take responsibility for the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive channel strategy, ensuring optimal reach and engagement through various communication channels (email, sms, social media etc) to convey the brand's messages and objectives effectively.
Outbound management: Ensure that the content Management processes, and governance mechanisms are in place and checked regularly to ensure Fast, Efficient, and accurate execution and activation of our outbound marketing strategies.
Cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the cross functional collaboration model alongside your key stakeholders within various functions ensuring a close working relationship with Ecosystem, CDI XO and D2C.
Core Outbound Metrics: You will have ultimate responsibility for the core outbound marketing metrics, working with the commercial counterparts in CDI to define, track and improve on our KPI's.
Compliance and Governance. You will hold responsibility for ensuring regular check ins with our legal teams and DPO's to ensure that best practices are being adhered to in regards of Consumer Communication, Marketing Opt-in and Data usage across markets
Outbound Calendars. Take responsibility for the Frontloading of all Commercial, Brand and commercial area outbound communication planning and requirements by ensuring the creation of a single communication calendar to allow for early briefing and content development. This should be done in conjunction with Marketing Operations, Ecosystem, D2C & CA's.
Marketing Automation. Take responsibility for implementing Marketing Automation in outbound communication, optimizing the process to streamline and automate targeted messaging, and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in engaging with specified audiences.
Data Driven. You will continuously oversee and optimize segmentation and personalization strategies as well as leverage data insights to uncover growth opportunities across Commercial Areas, channels and categories.
Consumer Engagement Strategy: Working cross-functionally you will take the lead on defining the communication strategy to build trust and long-term loyalty with consumers, developing outbound communication plans that create brand affinity and supports the consumer experience journeys during purchasing, servicing, repurchase and ongoing use.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, related field or relevant Business experience with at least 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, focused on digital consumer communication, loyalty, lifecycle marketing and CRM management-ideally in global consumer brands.
Strong leadership and experience in leading teams across marketing functions and geographies.
Experience with CRM and email platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Hybris, Itterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Blueconic.
Experience with Google Analytics.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles, UX Design best practices, trends, and latest technologies.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
