Stena Line's Marketing & Omni Channel team is a big part of this journey, working on a number of exciting projects. We are now looking for someone to develop and refine our CRM and Marketing Automation activities across all Stena Line markets.
What will you do?
Our customers should know how important they are to us, without them we would not be the company we are today. As the CRM & Marketing Automation Manager B2C you will make sure our company will be even more successful in our customer relationships in the future. In this fantastic role you will develop and refine the CRM and Marketing Automation activities and tools within Stena Line across all markets and report key metrics to our Marketing & Omni Channel Group. If that is not great enough you will drive change internally and make sure we always put our customers first. You will also:
• Drive and develop outbound messaging, Customer Life Cycle & design with dynamic content to maximize retention and lifetime value of our customers
• Test, measure and improve. Test, measure and improve - a/b and multi variation testing to continuously improve KPI's will be a big part of your role and essential for the future success of our team
• Responsible for identifying and improving relevant KPI:s across all markets, along with our analytics heroes
• Lead and inspire by coaching & supporting our local markets within CRM & retention in reaching their respective targets and KPI focus
• Travel to, and develop close relationship with each local market, to drive change, listen to markets input and best practice sharing. Manage educational programs within the given segment to maximize effect
Who are you?
You probably have experience from most of these areas: CRM/Omni channel, a/b testing, web management, Google Analytics skills, content marketing experience, social marketing and a creative skill to design outgoing marketing. If you have experience from a multinational organisation, that is a plus for us! You have a great attention for details and enjoy working in a high paced environment, because we have a lot of amazing things to achieve! At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do! We are looking for someone with a nothing is impossible mind-set, to be able to develop and improve how we work today. Of course we also expect you to be an excellent ambassador for our company and advocate for our CRM & marketing automations outside Stena Line to build brand recognition.
To succeed in this role you need to be fluent in English.
