Purpose of the role:
The Credit Analyst is responsible for optimizing and supporting the development of the Credit process. The overall objective is to protect LPSE from signing with "unhealthy" customers and to monitor against all kind of credit threats regarding currently customer portfolio. And if deemed necessary mitigate measures, acting as a "4-eyes". The Credit Analysis also include building, driving and continuously improving the relationship with partners and stakeholders within LPSE and LPCorp, as well as working with knowledge transfer. In addition, the Credit Analyst will support in Compliance tasks. The Credit analyst role reports to the Risk Director.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
The Credit Analyst is responsible for (but not limited to):
* Preform credit assessment on new customers as well as review current ones.
* Support the development of the Credit Committee.
* Support in the development of the strategy and KPIs to successfully manage Credit risk appetite
* Organise & manage awareness sessions and workshops within the entity
* Monitoring/coordinating on credit risk incidents and taking appropriate action
* Perform control testing and reporting to own local management and LPCorp.
* Support in the development and daily work of KPI / KRI.
* Miscellaneous tasks that RD delegates.
Knowledge/Skills:

Essential:
* University degree in a Business or Economics or equivalent knowledge thru work experience
* 3-5 years in car industry role preferably within Credit process
* Knowledge of the car market
