Job Purpose:

To lead the corporate travel agency operations in the Nordics and Germany and secure the quality level meet set targets. Continuously improve productivity and efficiency.

Each market is led by a supervisor but this role coordinates the markets so the same standards are followed. This role will do long-term- as well as short-term planning together with resolving problems through immediate actions. Secure that offered services meet the corporate customer expectations and service level agreements.

To build an environment that supports cooperation and cohesiveness among the work team and with other areas within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Constant improvements of processes to meet cost efficiency and quality targets
• Having full control of the processes both for online and offline handling
• Work closely with Head of Sales, Account Management and MICE
• Responsible for Competence Development in cooperation with HR and reporting manager
• Part of larger customer's account management team
• Weekly meetings with supervisor and quality team
• Responsible for recruiting due to replacement or new hire
• Responsible for the introduction program for newcomers together with other managers of Operations.
• Part of the Nordic management team
• Responsible for infrastructure to support the travel agency operations
• Escalate and keep managers informed concerning important issues
• Meet target on additional sales offline.
• Always driving to be the best customer service for customers and employees

Essential Skills:

• Experience of leading travel agency operations with more than 20 employees for more than 2 years
• Overall understanding of the entire corporate travel agency business
• Detailed understanding of the travel agency operation process - online and offline
• Overall understanding of technical infrastructure GDS, mid- and back office
• Selling skills
• Fluent in English - verbal and in writing

The position is based in Solna Strand, Stockholm.

We have collective bargaining agreement with Unionen.
