We are looking for service-minded professionals, fluent in English and Danish who are positive, friendly and enjoy making other customers smile.
As an agent at Convergys, you will work with incoming calls from Danish and English speaking customers who want to book flights or needs support about their current trip. You will handle the customer's inquiries in a professional way at the same time as you give them a high level of customer support. You will work with additional sale and work irregular working hours, both evenings and weekends.
The common questions that come up are for example about the booking of a flight or hotel or changes in the booking. While giving the customer the best service you will have a fun at work and it will be evolving for you when the customer ends the call with a smile on their face!
