Ericsson is looking to recruit an experienced and highly qualified compliance officer to its Group Data Protection Office responsible for designing, planning and driving the data protection audit activities for the Group.
What you will
Be a member of a highly qualified and experienced team carrying out tasks delegated by the Group Data Protection Officer within an independent assurance function hosted within Group Legal Affairs, based at Group HQ in Kista, Stockholm.
Be tasked with planning and driving the annual data protection audit cycle in line with Ericsson's Group audit practices, ensuring that audit points are documented and followed up by stakeholders, and assisting the Group DPO in compiling the annual work plan and preparing reports submitted to the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors.
You will bring
An accredited and recognized auditing qualification with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of Ericsson Group audit practices,
Proficiency in English is needed. The preferred candidate will also be able to communicate well in Swedish.
Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to keep a balanced sense of perspective is essential.
Proven experience in being able to deliver independent opinions and findings and withstand pressure to deliver fact-based courageous recommendations and decisions.
A strong sense of personal and professional integrity.
Tolerance to periods of high stress and the ability to remain calm under pressure with your sense of humor intact.
Preferred qualifications: a data protection and/or privacy certification such as, CIPP/E, CIPM, with a proven record of experience in the GDPR and or other data protection laws.
