As Competence Manager within Material Treatment & Finishing in SCO Industrial Base Performance, you will be responsible for resource allocation and people development for engineers in Material Treatment. As a third area of responsibility, you will together with Master Pillars understand the strategic need for competence development in our converting factories. Together with Specialists and others from our team secure ways to close identified gaps in our area.
Productive is maybe the main leadership capability you need to possess to be effective in this role. By benchmarking and seeking input from others you will need to define effective way of working with your three main responsibilities.
The people that will be reporting you is currently working in different Agile teams in the development of new converting solutions in our processes. Your success is when people grow with their tasks and develop new levels of insights and capabilities.
This position is located in Lund.
What you will do
Resource allocation responsibility for all resources in department
Develop people to meet current and future needs together with Scrum Masters and Specialists
Support specialist with new knowledge development
Together with Master pillars and factories drive knowledge gap closure in our processes
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with self-drive and a genuine interest in people development.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical field and have an relevant solid technical or operational knowledge with in converting business.
Excellent English is a prerequisite, Swedish skills a strong preference.
