As Community Manager Downstream you are responsible for five hundred riders and growing (yep, you read that right!). It is your job to make sure our riders are happy, engaged, and ready for the ride ahead. If you're a good motivator, leader, and coach - we need you!
Your responsibilities include:
Scheduling Riders each week and ensuring staffing in the event of dropouts
Day-to-day responding to support requests from riders, keeping the wheels turning
Coaching Riders with pep and follow-ups to keep rider performance strong
Leading Riders by example and creating a culture of continuous improvement
Coordinating weekly performance with our customers
Ensuring smooth salary reporting and payroll
Making sure we maintain a vibrant and forward-thinking culture among our riders
Organising events to keep Riders motivated and to make the rider job the best extra-job out there!
We are looking for someone who:
Has a background in people (university education or work experience)
Has experience in a start-up or similar fast-paced environment
Can speak Swedish and/or English
Can work independently and collaboratively
Can fix issues as they arise, and a quick problem-solver
Is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
Has a positive and energetic personality, so you make everyone's working days fun every day
Can build a strong work culture!
