What you'll do
We're seeking a talented communication strategist to take the lead on story development and manage large comms projects. You'll work at the cutting edge of trends in communication. Your day-to-day is part journalist - using your nose for a good story - and part strategist - collaborating across our comms teams and with stakeholders throughout the business to develop multi-channel comms strategies, through to execution.
Who else is in the room?
You'll work within our Leadership and Employee Communication team, which is responsible for identifying and developing stories across various areas of the business, contributing to a dynamic calendar of events and editorial for multiple channels. You'll also build solid relationships with internal senior stakeholders and support them with high-level communication expertise.
Who are you?
We're looking for a social, passionate and creative communication professional. You thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment and are at ease adapting to change.
Qualifications:
• BA/BSc in communication, journalism, or equivalent experience
• At least 5-10 years' experience in communication roles
• A strategic and creative approach to communication, with an ability to manage multiple projects, balancing quality and speed
• Experienced in high-level stakeholder management
• Exceptional communication skills
• Fluent English - verbal and written
• Moderating/video-presenting skills are an advantage
