Are you a communicative and experienced employer brand professional with an eye for content creation for an external as well as internal audience? Then we might have a match! We are now looking for a Communications & Employer Brand Manager to further strengthen our People Experience Team.
The position
The People Experience team is responsible for many different stages of the talent journey - employer branding being one of them. Working very closely to the Talent Acquisition team our mission is to attract and retain the right talent in a successful way and this is where this role will be essential and have a direct impact on the growth of our organization.
In this role, one of your focuses will be to bring our People & Culture communication strategy to life for our people across the organisation. Leading the narrative and ensuring we are consistent in our messaging - communicate with one voice to the organisation at the right time. You will also focus and take the lead in defining, developing and implementing our employer branding strategies.
Furthermore, the role includes:
Lead the development on the messaging of NENT's employer value proposition, crafting a compelling narrative around "life at NENT with the goal of attracting and engaging talent and to become an Employer of Choice.
Develop high impact content that encourages active and passive talent to engage with NENT in a meaningful way. Includes written, video, digital, and other formats.
Empower current employees to share our company's story with their personal networks.
Work with employer brand content in social channels, NENT's career website, and third-party channels, and recommend best practices to engaging talent audiences in those channels.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team as well as EDI team to understand different talent personas and how to best reach unique audiences, both passive and engaged.
Contribute to recruitment marketing strategies; identify and/or advice on media and activation channels and drive campaigns to align to talent acquisition and EDI goals.
Own and manage the production of digital and offline campaigns from end to end: gather inputs from internal stakeholders, articulate messaging and creative briefs for third-party agencies to execute on.
Take ownership of external vendor relationships with Job Boards, Career Website, Review Sites, CRM platforms and more, as part of a building a compelling Employer Brand Campaign Strategy.
Purposefully use recruitment marketing data and other employer brand data & insights to tell a story, optimize marketing tactics and show a clear link back to ROI.
Identify and implement technology that will allow us to be efficient and effective in our marketing campaigns.
What we are looking for

You have a strong drive, a flexible can-do-attitude and are comfortable with building connections across the organization as well as manage different stakeholders. To excel well in this role, you need to be a proactive self-driven doer with an organized and structured way of working.
Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:
A skilled communicator with a university degree or a background in journalism
At least 3 years of experience from a similar position
Great verbal and written communication skills in English
Bonus qualifications:
Experience working in a tech organization.
Experience from an expanding organisation.
Experience of Employer Branding and/or communication in other markets outside Sweden.
