We are looking for a Commercial Procurement Manager to Siemens AB, with placement Upplands Väsby
What are my responsibilities?
You will manage the financial and commercial affairs of the procurement function of the country. Ensure the provision of a cost effective service delivery and governance function which supports the strategic and operational procurement goals of the NWE Cluster organization.
In partnership with head of procurement, lead the Budget process for the country and ensure proper approval and communication to all relevant stakeholdes (Cluster procurement, country management, Sectors).
Take responsibility for the set-up and embedding of effective financial processes and charging methodologies. Structure and lead the regular procurement KPI and performance reports.
Develop a strong working relationship with Cluster Infrastructure Controlling function.
Ensure adequate finance support provision is delivered to the procurement function and conversely that all required procurement financial commitments are met.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
We want you to have a degree in business administration. We believe that you have been working in a similar role. You have an understanding of procurement and can quickly grasp the understanding of the business. You have the ability to see the big picture and master complexity. Your communications skills are excellent, in Swedish and English. You can work focused and meet deadlines. You are interested in developing this new role and create processes, to be able to work efficiently.
