Responsibilities
We are looking for a Collateral Manager to join our customer 's team. You will, together with the team, be responsible for the daily margining process for Non-Cleared Derivatives and Repos towards a number of counterparties. This involves ensuring that our client is collateralized towards all counterparties before end of day as well as close collaboration with internal stakeholder such as Client Coverage, Treasury, Risk Control and Markets. You will work in a changing environment since regulatory and market changes have a significant impact on collateralization and will be able to contribute to the development of processes and system solutions.
Qualifications
• Good understanding of the financial market and instruments. Settlements and Collateral Management experience will help you to develop this role. The new team member must be comfortable working in high tempo and come to quick decisions. You also need to be a great team player to be successful in this role.
• To succeed in this position you have knowledge and experience of derivatives products. It is an advantage to have collateral management and risk management competence. Good understanding of payments and its underlying criteria is also of great advantage.
• We also require that you have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance. As a person you have a strong drive, have an interest in the equity market and are interested in following key trends. You are expected to be service minded and business oriented and should enjoy working with development and change.
• In addition, you should have good communication and cooperation skills. You need to be comfortable with working in a high tempo and come to quick decisions. You are also expected to be open minded and positive.
