What does a Clinical Research Specialist do at TePe?
As Clinical Research Specialist, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of clinical studies to ensure that the studies are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and internal quality standards. The role serves as a key liaison between TePe and internal and external teams, and is responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
The Clinical Research Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of clinical data and the safety of study participants.
Main responsibilities:
Documentation Management: Drive and/or assist in the preparation and review of essential documents such as study protocols, case report forms (CRFs), informed consent forms (ICFs), and monitoring reports.
Site Monitoring: Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits to ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and protocol adherence.
Quality Assurance: Verify that clinical trial data is complete, accurate, and verifiable against source documents.
Data management: Collect, validate, organize, and manage clinical study data.
Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to site sta on protocol requirements, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that studies are conducted in accordance with local and international regulations, including ethics committee approvals and regulatory submissions.
Communication: Act as a liaison between TePe Oral Hygiene Products and study sites and/or contract research organizations (CRO), providing regular updates on study progress and issues. Able to present study data to internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will bring your dental expertise to life by deepening our understanding of oral care products and their impact. You'll champion sustainability by embedding it into every aspect of our clinical studies, helping TePe achieve its ambitious environmental goals.
Your insights from conducted studies will empower and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring our work is always informed by the latest evidence. You'll also play a key role in shaping the future of our internal testing capabilities-developing innovative methods and equipment that raise the bar.
Whether leading or supporting pre-clinical product testing, your contributions will drive excellence in both existing and new product development, making a meaningful dierence in oral health innovation.
Who You Are?
University degree in life sciences, preferably dentistry
Previous experience in clinical research, preferably in a similar role
Good scientific writing skills
Minimum 3 years of working experience
Knowledge of ICH-GCP, MDR and other regulatory requirements
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel internationally
Commercial mindset
Good presentation skills
