As a person, you are creative and open to new ideas and views. You have good ICT knowledge and preferably experience of Schoolsoft. You have a commitment and drive beyond the ordinary. You have a functional bilingualism in Swedish and English
Tasks
Student Assistant
As a student assistant, you work to help, support and stimulate a special student. The work includes creating a safe environment and framework for the student so that the student can focus on the studies. You support the student throughout the school day both in the classroom and during breaks, at meals and at other activities. You have a very close collaboration and close communication with other staff and guardians to work together to find individual solutions so that the student can succeed in their studies.
The work involves constant attention, analysis and understanding of situations inside and outside the classroom. You pay attention to the student's achievements and development in order to be able to pass this on to staff and guardians.
Holiday home
Focus on students' higher goal fulfillment, both knowledge development and social development.
You who are applying should be able to take great responsibility for the joint work in the work team in terms of the students' goal fulfillment and be able to actively work for the development of the after-school center activities. You should share our thoughts on business integration, where all teaching staff collaborates with the student's development in focus!
Personal characteristics:
You are sensitive to young people's needs, have good social and communicative ability and a great willingness and interest to contribute to young people's learning and development. Taking your own initiatives and being able to work independently is a matter of course, at the same time as you have a good ability to work together. You are creative and solution-oriented and are happy to come up with new ideas and perspectives. Furthermore, you have a great commitment to your work and a positive student view.
Qualifying if you have any form of education in:
The children and leisure program with a focus on pedagogy or equivalent education
student assistant / personal assistant
Nanny / student assistant training
It is also an advantage if you have worked as a student assistant or with similar tasks.
Language skills in both Swedish and English are required.
We see digital competence as a big plus.
