Ohoy everyone who believe that HR + Agile + a valued company culture equals the most exciting combination for doing your everyday work. We have a challenging position to fill with exactly these ingredients!! We are looking for an experienced HR manager to join us as Chief Culture Officer when our current one is on parental leave next year.

You will be responsible for the 4 fab Fyndians of the HR team (People and Culture as we prefer to call it) @ Fyndiq, work with HR in a broad spectra to support the organization in HR matters - both strategical and operational and a big part of your work will be focused towards leadership development to help the organisation grow.

Ok, so what will be the most crucial features of the job, you might think?!

• Work with our leadership development that was kicked off during the fall 2017.

• Value the agile way of working because that's how we work at Fyndiq. To always iterate and create processes when there is a real business value and not because of some book you read at University.

• Always have our company culture, commitment and our values in mind when you're working. Making sure to maintain and enhance the Fyndiq spirit.

• Supporting managers, making sure we follow our policies and practices and deliver according to our KPIs and strategies.

• Obviously you'll be part of the Management team since HR plays a super important role in Fyndiqs' success. You'll report to CEO/co-founder.

So pack your bags with your:

• Broad experience of HR work - strategically as well as operationally

• Experience from leadership development preferably combined with your own experience as a leader

• A leadership style that involves being humble, agile, including and coaching. With the focus to support, empower and challenge the team to grow.

• Excellent communication skills and openness to knowledge sharing

Initially the role covers the year 2018 - give or take a little - but who knows we just might want you to stick with us longer.
