Job description:
As a Chef in this Residence you will prepare lunches, dinners and buffés for between 2-100 persons. On a daily basis you will be cooking for two persons but occasionally we have bigger events/receptions with numerous guests. The Chef will, besides the cooking, make suggestions of menus, be in charge of purchasing the groceries necessary for the meals and make sure that the kitchen is tidy and clean.
Professional qualifications:
• Extensive Knowledge of Swedish and International Cuisine
• Knowledge of Fine Dining Protocol
• 5 years working experience
• Experience of vegetarian cooking
• Capability to plan and prepare receptions for numerous persons
• English and Swedish
Personal skills:
We are looking for a responsible and dependable person who is flexible and knows how to find solutions. You need to be able to work independently since this is not a restaurant with various chefs, you will be the only chef. At the same time you have to be able to work in a team and be open-minded to the ideas and wishes of the householders'.
No previous criminal record of any kind is accepted.
Working conditions:
Full time work, 40 hours per week, sometimes in evenings and weekends but usually between Monday-Friday.
25 days vacation/year
Salary according to experience and education.
