As an Cashier you will have the overall responsibility for processing money transfer orders and foreign exchange with speed, accuracy and tact. To provide information about Ria services to customers and resolve orders incidences working together with Customer Service department. Effectively manage the counter and provide exchange services and ancillary products of the highest standard to all Customers during the time on duty, to maintain stocks of cash and currencies in his/her till as directed by line management and to protect Company assets.Ria Financial Service is looking today for two positions in Stockholm.
We are particularly interested in someone with:
• Customer Service and Commercial focused
• Ability to work well in a team environment to service customers
• Positive attitude
• Ability to communicate affectively and solve conflicts with customers
• Disciplined and organized with the ability to follow procedures
• Honest and reliable
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• English and Swedish languages are mandatory. Languages such as Urdu, Romanian, Polish , Spanish , Russian are desirable
• Ability to multi-task
• Minimum 6 months cash-handling experience is required
To organization, controls and Compliance .Organize the level of stocks and balance his/her own till quickly.
• Be present at the assigned counter position at all times when on duty to serve Customers.
• Keep the till ordered at all the times.
• Check daily reports.
• Implement the Company established procedures to accomplish regulations, AML and Security in the Work Place
Business orientation .Maximize daily foreign exchange revenues.
• Promote and sell pro-actively all products offered by the Company.
• Maximize cross-selling opportunities
