Oriflame is now looking for a Campaign Planner & Forecaster, Greece, WE to further strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities
• Adaptation of master catalogue plans driven by needs and market relevance
• Lead cooperation process with category specialist to ensure selection of correct products for the catalogues and strategic focus
• Deliver product forecast for catalogue and other necessary campaign components within planning horizon to ensure product plans are given to supply chain organization
• Optimize merchandising prices to capture the commercial mechanic of the sales plans fitting to relevant needs of the market and ensure strong profitability
• Be the key player in establishing and maintaining communication with the local sales and marketing management to strengthen sales plans and align expectations on performance
• Evaluation of sales results and implementation of changes in the future according with learnings
What we are looking for ?University Bachelor degree as minimum, preferably in Business, Marketing or Economics
• 2-4 years job experience in international company
• Cosmetics industry experience in catalogue planning or brand management seen as a merit
• English ? fluent in writing and speaking
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently lead initiatives through the organization through input and/or buy-in from stakeholders
• Strong analytical and communications skills with ability to prepare and present material with conclusions and recommendations in a convincing manner
• Although working independently, you should work well with other departments who often have differing agendas
• Well-organized person who respect deadlines and processes
