As an Business Support at TRATON Group, you will be at the forefront of managing various responsibilities crucial to the organization 's seamless operation. Your role involves making an essential contributor to our international, agile, and collaborative working environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and handle various administrative tasks.
• Coordinate, develop and structure meetings, planning of workshops and team activities within your unit
• Provide support such as calendar management and travel arrangements
• Responsible for onboarding/offboarding for new employees
• Closely cooperate with the Executive Secretary to the member of the Executive Board of Traton SE, responsible for Traton Group Product Management.
• Develop, implement and follow up administrative processes and drive office-related projects
• Numerous ad hoc topics that comes with supporting a smaller office; such as maintenance reports, office orders, catering, invoice handling, etc
Position Details:
This is a consultancy via Adecco that is planned to start within immediate affect and will initially go on for 3-6 months, for the right candidate there are great possibilities for extension.
About You:

Key Requirements:
• We are looking for an experienced administrator who is service minded, organized, used to manage calendars, and have good knowledge of Office 365.

You enjoy working in an international fast-paced environment and use your flexibility and creativity to manage challenges on various levels. The atmosphere in the office is open and friendly and as you will work close together with both Admin team and other colleagues and we believe that you enjoy close cooperation with others.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) is required as you will have frequent contacts with TRATON headquarters functions, secretary offices of the brands, and other partners.
