hela Sverige We are now looking for a BRM for a Nordic Retail customer of TCS. The position is located in Stockholm. Frequent travel within the Nordics can be expected.
KEY RESPONISBILITIES
• Need to deliver on sales targets for the portfolio(s)
• Responsible to achieve P&L (Profit and Loss), customer satisfaction and similar organization goals
• Develop and manage TCS' relationship with the Customers at all levels from operational to tactical levels
• Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction goals
• Provide consulting services to the customer
• Develop value added consulting solutions for the customer
• Partner with the customers and provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership
• Responsible along with the other sales team for Nordics growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets
• Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives
• Perform bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response
• Perform solution and pricing validation according to the competency area as and when required
• Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordics customers
PROFILE
You have at least 10 years of experience in IT management consulting, pre-sales and IT services delivery, Business Development and creating GTM strategy. Also, you have skills and knowledge according to the following:
• Business development skills: Achieve the revenue and profitability targets set in alignment with the overall Europe targets
• Offerings and solution development: Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic market and tailor TCS's existing solutions and/or create new solutions for the Nordic market
• Onshore-offshore delivery model: Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS's global consultant pool to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients
• Experience of Retail processes and solutions
• Experience of working in multicultural environment
• Experience working with multiple service horizontals like BPO, IS, Assurance etc.
• Relationship Management skills
• Organization building skills: Build the TCS Nordics team with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers to serve H&M effectively and efficiently
