Job Description
Alfa Laval is currently on a Digital transformation journey. As part of this transformation, we are looking for Business Process Managers within the solution area ERP to join our Distribution and Sourcing domain. This includes the responsibility to create a global Alfa Laval template for our supply chain processes via the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
About the job
As a Business Process Manager, you will have an important role in defining the future ERP solution for Parts Distribution & Logistics. Your main task will be to identify and create best in class global supply chain processes and implement these in our global ERP template. You will be working closely together with other Process Managers, IT resources as well as the Line organization.
What you know
We believe that you have a master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration and you need to have experience from working with supply chain processes like order handling, purchasing, warehouse or similar. With this experience you have a solid understanding of how an ERP system and its surrounding systems supports the supply chain processes and performance.
You know how to navigate and achieve results in an international environment. We challenge status quo and seek continuous improvement so you need to have a creative and solution-oriented mind. You have an open and informal style; making it easy for you to communicate and co-operate with all parts of the organization and contribute to a positive team spirit.
It's an advantage if you have worked hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O (or AX2012) and if you have experience of working with PowerBI.

Practicalities
The role is based in Lund, Sweden, reporting to the Product Owner ERP - Distribution and Sourcing.
Travel should be expected up to 30 days per year.
