Within Sandvik Group and Group Function IT, we have Business Partner roles working together with each Group Functions helping and enabling them to meet strategic objectives where IT is a key component for fulfilment and to manage all kind of IT related demands and requests from each area. Your mission
In this position, you're the single point of contact for all initiatives and escalations and you build a strategic partnership with Group Finance and Group HR with trust and transparency as the foundation, since you're an integral part of their management teams.
Included in your mission is to:
Help Group Finance and Group HR to identify, evaluate, analyse, negotiate and manage both strategic and tactical opportunities keeping Sandvik's overall strategy, security, data privacy and processes in mind.
Lead quarterly business review (strategy meetings) and yearly meetings with various key stakeholders and be an integral part of Management team.
Identify and communicate necessary service improvements to enhance Group Finance and Group HR success initiatives.
Share Information with Group Finance and Group HR regarding existing services and upcoming new services which could be utilized to improve overall efficiency and quality.
The location for this job is either Sandviken or in our new facilities at Gasverket in Stockholm. You report to the Group Functions CIO and you're part of the Group Functions IT Management team. As stakeholders are located in both Sandviken and Stockholm, some business travel is included in the job.
Your character
We're looking for someone with a background in IT - from working with business processes within both the Finance and HR area. Experience in software development, sourcing, implementation of standard software and stakeholder management is essential. You're driven, bold and familiar with agile ways of working, and you have an interest and are curious about emerging technologies and how they can be applied to generate our business value.
