Job Summary

Provide expert business and sales support for selected deals* to the Region, Key Deals in particular, based on industry know-how and thought leadership in assigned area. Support Regions with tought leadership, domain expertise and winning strategies for selected deals.Support accounts and engagement practises in early stages of a sales opportunity as well as providing support in the final negotiations in order to secure selected deals. Act as champion for establishing a footprint in strategic areas and creating the basis for recurring business and strengthening BUSS position in software solutions for OSS,BSS and TVM.

Strong interpersonal skills matching the style and culture of the region in focus
Excellent presentation skills and ability to convey key messages and customer value in a very convincing manner to all levels of the customer organization
Strong team and networking skills

Ability to lead, inspire and motivate

Professional Competence:

At least 7-10 years experience in sales (in telecom/ICT), internal Ericsson, telecom/IT vendors, and/or telecom operator environment with a background in System Integration and Telecoms software
Strong consultative sales profile with ability to interface with customers C-level and capability to act as Senior Business Advisor
Analytical skills and experience in technical analysis as well as strong commercial knowledge
Strong personal track record of leading consultative selling and business development
Expert understanding of customers? processes and business priorities
Deep understanding of the BUSS suite of offerings, processes and applications and how to create customer value
Have a holistic view and ability to see the big picture and identify new business opportunities
International experience and ability to operate in a multicultural environment
