To help us reach set goals and take responsibility for the after market in our business area we're now looking for a Business Manager to join us at Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions. Welcome to a global role with great chance to development.
Your mission
In this position, you're responsible for our business line Wear Protection. You identify, develop and evaluate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product portfolios or strategic product portfolio extensions, and translate research discoveries into usable and marketable products. To sponsor, set priority, plan and track all phases of the product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace is also part of your job. You also set a strategic agenda for the product portfolios in your product line and align them with the business unit strategy.
The location for this position is Svedala and global travel is a natural part of your job.
Your character
We're looking for someone with extensive international experience from the mining and construction industry and proven leadership experience. To be successful in this role you need a financial understanding combined with material engineering knowledge. As we act in a truly global environment, you need fluent skills in both written and verbal English.
Being a true leader you're genuine and trustworthy, driven, structured and a good communicator who easily connects with people. You show passion and have the courage to challenge both stakeholders and colleagues when needed, and you also enjoy being challenged - eager to always develop both personally and professionally.
